1. Return Window
We accept returns within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Requests made after 48 hours will not be approved.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have original tags/packaging. Worn or damaged items will be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, discounted items, intimate/hygiene products, and certain accessories are final sale.
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers pay for return shipping. We do not provide return labels. Use trackable shipping.
5. How to Request a Return
Email us within 48 hours with order number, reason, and photos. Instructions will follow upon approval.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow 5–10 business days.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund.
8. Refused Returns
Non-compliant returns may be rejected and sent back at customer’s expense.
